Vacuum Tumbler
What is a Vacuum Tumbler?
To put it simply, it is a machine that tumbles meat with marinade in an enclosed, partial vacuum.
Traditionally, meat is flavoured by submerging in a liquid marinade overnight, typically taking up to 10 hours or more. Whereas using a vacuum tumbler, the meat can be marinated with the same or better result in just under 2 hours.
Next week, we will be covering 2 important feature of the Vacuum Tumbler, which is “vacuum” and “tumble”. And why they are critical in delivering the best result in just a short amount of time.
