The cheese cutter is a block portioning machine that cuts large blocks of cheese, butter or solid fats into smaller manageable cubes.
Description
The Cheese Cutter is a cutting machine that portion large blocks of cheese, butter or solid fats into smaller sizes for easier processing or packing.
The cut sizes are customisable as per the client’s requirement.
Choice of stainless wires or blaes are available. We will recommend based on the client’s product.
Operation features a double pressed start system so the operator has to use both of his hands to start the cutting process. This is to prevent the user from putting their hand within the cutting area of the machine during operation. Any release of the button will halt the cutting.
How it works
Features
Blade
Stainless steel cutting blade or wire? For product with lower core temperature, we will recommend using blades for more lasting usage.


Wire
Stainless steel wires are able to clean cleaner and will tend to stick lesser as compared to blades. But they are not as durable due to the smaller diameter.
Safety a top priority
Each Cheese Cutter machine comes with 2 holding blocks to hold the cutting platform in place. Users will have to remove them prior to using the machine.


Safe operation
Starting the cutting requires the operator to start with both hands. Any release will halt the operation.
This is to ensure operator will not be able to put their hands anywhere else.
