The Automatic Bag Fill & Seal machine is a fully automated bagging machine for liquid, paste, cream, gel or oil products. 

The Automatic Bag Fill & Seal machine handles the bags and filling automatically.

The machine works with the common 3 sides pre-sealed bags or preformed bags. Bags are loaded into the dispenser manually, after which the pick and place system will retrieve 1 bag at a time and load into the carrier for the filling process. Once the filling is completed, the filled bag is moved to the sealing bars to be sealed. After sealing is done, the sealed bags are discharged into a collection unit below or a conveyor belt.

Summary of process:

Empty bag is retrieve from the dispenser > placed onto the carrier > unsealed part of the bag is opened up for filling > product is filled into the bag > bag is lowered down to the sealing bars to seal > bag is dropped into collection tray or conveyor after sealing

The whole process is automated, no operator is required after the bags are loaded into the dispenser. Freeing up manpower and increasing productivity at the same time.

The Automatic Bag Fill & Seal machine does not come with its own filling machine. Users can opt to use any type of filling machine to compliment the system. We have a range of filling machines that can be used.

Load cells can be added to the carrier unit of the Automatic Bag Fill & Seal machine to enable filling by weight. Hence allowing a wide range of products to be filled and packed with the machine.

Pick & Place

Pneumatically controlled arms retrieve pre-formed bags from the dispenser, position it towards the filling area. Suction cups open the bag in preparation for the filling while it is held in place.

Finished product collection area

Users can opt for a collection tray like the one in the picture or they can have a conveyor that delivers the finished product into the next stage of the packing.
