Doing a live video trial with our overseas client using their recipe ad ingredients on our Multi Function Steam Cooker.

The MFSC has full control over the processing process, heating, cooling, mixing, low to high speed cutting or shearing, vacuum and more. The various parameters are entered and stored into the system for repeated use.

In this video, you can see that ingredients are manually added and once the program recipe is confirmed, the entire process can run by itself without further human interaction. Essentially freeing the operator to perform other tasks.

The client viewed the entire trial over zoom and the finished product was courier back to them for taste and sensory tests.
